A pecorino cheese cream and ground pepper grains.

The recipe of Cacio and Pepe has its roots in the dishes of peasants and shepherds of Roman Agro, and over the years it has conquered all Italian and international cuisine. It is a simple but tasty cream made with completely natural ingredients, based on pecorino and black ground pepper. It has an intense flavor and pleasantly pungent and its creamyness makes it perfect for exalting the first pasta dishes in a few simple gestures: just add some of the cooking water and the sauce is ready to delight any palate.
